TERMS OF SERVICE

OVERVIEW

Leticia Llesmin is operated by DUSTED BEAUTY LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). We offer leticiallesmin.com (the "Site"), including its information, content, products, and related services, subject to these Terms of Service ("Terms").

By visiting the Site, creating an account, placing an order, purchasing a gift card, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. Mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live remain unaffected.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS

You must be at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country to make a purchase. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account, billing, payment, and shipping information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and activity.

2. OUR WEBSITE AND SERVICES

The Site features creative work, portfolio and editorial content, studio information, physical products, collaborations, and digital gift cards offered through Leticia Llesmin.

Hair, beauty, studio, or appointment services may be booked through dustedbeauty.com or a third-party booking platform. Those appointments are governed by the booking, cancellation, deposit, and service terms presented when you schedule. Unless expressly stated otherwise, a purchase through leticiallesmin.com does not purchase an appointment or professional service.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Site, subject to our obligations for orders already accepted.

3. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, dimensions, materials, colors, and images accurately. Screen settings, lighting, photography, and handmade or limited-edition qualities may cause minor variations. Products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or restrict sales where reasonably necessary.

4. PRICES, PAYMENTS, AND TAXES

Prices are displayed in the currency selected on the Site and may change without notice. A price change will not affect an accepted order except where caused by an obvious error. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, and fees will be shown at checkout when available. International customers are responsible for import duties, customs charges, brokerage fees, and local taxes unless checkout states they are included.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted. Payment processing may be provided by Shopify or other third parties and may be subject to their terms.

5. ORDERS

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order before fulfillment due to unavailability, suspected fraud, unauthorized payment, incorrect information, shipping restrictions, or a violation of these Terms. If we cancel after collecting payment, we will refund the canceled amount to the original payment method.

Review your shipping and contact information before ordering. Contact us promptly if you discover an error. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after fulfillment begins.

6. SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

Shipping methods, estimated processing times, and delivery information are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges, final-sale items, damaged or incorrect orders, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Our standard return window is 14 days, subject to the eligibility requirements and exclusions in that policy.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Carrier, customs, weather, address, and other delays outside our reasonable control may occur.

7. DIGITAL GIFT CARDS

Digital gift cards are delivered electronically to the email address provided at purchase. You are responsible for entering the correct address and safeguarding the code. Gift cards may be redeemed for eligible purchases through leticiallesmin.com unless otherwise stated. They are not redeemable for cash except where required by law and may not be used to buy another gift card unless expressly permitted.

We are not responsible for unauthorized use after delivery except where required by law. Any expiration, balance, redemption, or refund provisions will comply with applicable law. Promotional credits issued without payment may have separate disclosed conditions.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Site and its photographs, videos, artwork, text, graphics, logos, branding, product names, designs, layouts, and editorial and portfolio material are owned by or licensed to DUSTED BEAUTY LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws.

You may access the Site for personal, noncommercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, sell, license, scrape, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit Site content without prior written permission. Purchasing a product does not transfer intellectual-property rights in its design, branding, photography, packaging, or related creative work.

9. PERMITTED USE

You may not use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading purposes; violate another person's rights; transmit malware; interfere with security or operation; scrape or collect information through automated means without permission; impersonate another person; make unauthorized commercial use of content; or circumvent purchase limits or security measures. We may restrict access for violations.

10. CUSTOMER SUBMISSIONS

If you submit reviews, feedback, suggestions, photographs, or other nonconfidential material, you represent that you have the right to provide it. You grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use content you intentionally submit for publication in connection with operating, improving, and promoting our business. Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy. Do not send confidential creative concepts unless we agree in writing to receive them confidentially.

11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND SHOPIFY

The Site may link to or use Shopify, payment processors, social platforms, carriers, booking providers, and other third parties. We do not control their services and are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, or terms.

Shopify enables us to provide the Site, but purchases from our store are made directly with DUSTED BEAUTY LLC. Shopify is not responsible for sales between you and DUSTED BEAUTY LLC or for injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products or services.

12. PRIVACY

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. Information may be processed by Shopify and providers needed to operate the Site, process payments, fulfill orders, prevent fraud, and provide support.

13. DISCLAIMERS

We endeavor to keep the Site accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties not expressly stated here. This does not exclude warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Editorial, beauty, styling, and creative content is for general informational and inspirational purposes, not medical or other professional advice.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DUSTED BEAUTY LLC and its owners, employees, collaborators, agents, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from Site use or a purchase. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount paid for that product or order, except where law requires otherwise. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

15. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify DUSTED BEAUTY LLC from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful Site use, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.

16. CHANGES

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Changes apply prospectively and do not alter terms governing an order accepted before the change unless required by law. Continued use after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance.

17. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and disputes relating to the Site or a purchase are governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Court proceedings will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Los Angeles County, California. This does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections or another forum right granted by applicable law.

18. GENERAL TERMS

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only as necessary, and the remainder will continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and incorporated policies constitute the agreement concerning Site use and purchases.
