Founder of DUSTED

Leticia Llesmin is a Los Angeles–based hair and makeup artist and creative consultant working at the intersection of beauty, music, and identity. Born in Compton and shaped by the underground creative scene, she is known for her refined, trend-forward approach with a soft-dark edge. Her work lives in contrast: refined and unruly, romantic and raw.

Since 2015, she has collaborated with artists and brands across music, fashion, and editorial, creating looks that feel lived-in, visceral, and intentional. Beauty as atmosphere. Beauty as language.

In 2018, she founded DUSTED, a private studio in Frogtown, Los Angeles, reimagining the traditional salon experience. Intimate, collaborative, and quietly powerful, the space is designed for experimentation, connection, and creative depth.

Known for her work with The Marías, Weyes Blood, Stromae, Wallows, and Angel Olsen, Leticia blends session precision with long-form creative direction. From tour looks and editorial shoots to bold color and expressive makeup, her work is intuitive, intentional, and rooted in storytelling.
