DUSTED BEAUTY Gift Cards – Printed and Virtual Gift Cards – are sold subject to the following terms of use. By purchasing, accepting or using DUSTED BEAUTY Gift Cards, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, do not purchase, use or accept DUSTED BEAUTY Gift Cards. All terms enforced except where prohibited by law.

• No fees are imposed on DUSTED BEAUTY Gift Cards and they do not expire.
• Gift Cards can be redeemed against all products on www.dustedbeauty.com / leticiallesmin.com and in shop.
• Gift Cards are non-transferable, and cannot be reloaded or redeemed for cash (except as required by law).
• If the total value of your order is less than the value of the Gift Card, the remaining balance will remain on your Printed or Virtual Gift Card and can be redeemed against subsequent orders. You can contact client services at dustedbeauty@gmail.com to inquire about your balance. Balance information may not reflect recent purchases.
• If your order amount exceeds the value of the Gift Card, you must pay for the amount in excess with a valid form of payment.
• If you return products purchased using a Gift Card as one of the payment methods, the value of the return, up to the amount of the initial Gift Card payment, will be credited to a new Gift Card. The remaining amount will be refunded on the credit card used for the transaction. Orders including Gift Cards can only be made with credit cards.
• Virtual Gift Cards will be e-mailed to the recipient after the full order has been processed and payment has cleared.
• DUSTED BEAUTY is not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed, used without permission or delivered to an incorrect or non-existent address. DUSTED BEAUTY is not responsible for any delays or failures to deliver a Gift Card caused by reasons beyond our control. Lost, stolen or destroyed Gift Cards will not be replaced.
• DUSTED BEAUTY reserves the right to cancel or refuse to honor a Gift Card if we deem such action necessary in our reasonable discretion.
• Promotion codes cannot be applied to the purchase of Gift Cards, except where otherwise expressly noted by DUSTED BEAUTY.
• Sales tax and shipping are applicable on products purchased with a Gift Card.
• Shipping is applicable on Printed Gift Cards, unless otherwise noted by DUSTED BEAUTY.
• DUSTED BEAUTY reserves the right to change these terms from time to time subject to our discretion, which changes we may provide to you by any reasonable means, including without limitation, by posting the revised version on www.dustedbeauty.com / www.leticiallesmin.com
